Thank you for your interest in our herd. We have been raising
quality Nubians since around 1987 but only began seriously showing in
1994. We also added Toggenburgs to our herd, that same year.
We breed for correct, stylish animals that both show and milk well.
We currently participate in the ADGA Linear Appraisal program and hope to
participate in DHIR in the near future. We have competed in
shows in California, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Iowa and Arizona.
We do not attend as many shows as we would like due to job commitments but
are proud of our show wins. We have made large investments of both
time and money, in order to obtain the animals that we have chosen to be a
part of our herd. We welcome you to view our online sales list and
will be happy to answer any questions that you might have.
We will have many kids as well as a few quality milkers available for
purchase. If interested in a milking doe, please let us know.
We often make decisions on milkers, very soon after they freshen and they
do move out fast. We are always anxious to meet and talk with other
dairy goat enthusiasts.

Herd Health:
We take great pride in raising and caring for our animals. We
feed the highest quality alfalfa and grass hays available and supplement
with alfalfa pellets in order to reduce wastage of hay. We feed a
14% dairy ration to our milkers and growing kids. Free choice
minerals and baking soda are also provided. All kids are raised on
a CAE prevention program and all animals are tested routinely.

Terms of Sale:
Prices quoted are for pre-ordered kids, shipped or picked up by 4-6
weeks of age. We do require a deposit of $50.00 for each
pre-ordered kid with the remaining balance due within 14 days after
notification of your kids birth. If remaining balance is not
received within 14 days after notification, this kid will be offered to
another buyer and you will lose your deposit. If your choice of
kid is not born, we will gladly transfer your deposit to another kid of
your choice or will refund in full.
All shipping and related expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
We do charge a $50.00 fee for transport to the airport (Phoenix, AZ
and Albuquerque, NM are over 200 miles, each way) and you will be
responsible for the cost of health certificates and a shipping crate.
I will loan one of our crates if available for a $50.00 deposit, which
will be refunded upon return of my crate.
Please make checks and money orders payable to Marshall Losey. Money
orders are preferred but we will accept personal checks and animal will
be held until check clears our bank.
We reserve the right to retain any kid born, but do try to inform you of
our intent in advance.
We reserve the option to purchase up to 20 straws back, at the cost of
the collection, on any buck kid that we sell.
We abide by the ADGA Recommended Trade Practices for members (section
XIX, page 105-106 in 2003 ADGA Guidebook)
